Adjust the flow control for the appropriate implement control valve to full flow.

Install FT2220 Hose Assembly (4) onto the quick couplers for the appropriate implement control valve.
Ensure that needle valve (3) on hose assembly (4) is fully open.

(2) Signal pressure tap
Install a 0 to 40000 kPa (0 to 5800 psi) pressure gauge (1) onto signal pressure tap (2) .
Start the engine. Run the engine at high idle.
Warm the oil to a minimum temperature of 60°C (140°F). At least two segments should be visible on the bargraph for hydraulic oil temperature.
Move the appropriate implement control lever to the RAISE position.

Slowly close needle valve (3) on hose assembly (4). As needle valve (3) is closed, the pressure on pressure gauge (1) will increase.
At approximately 17240 1380 kPa (2500 200 psi), the pressure should immediately drop to zero.
This will occur as the control lever is kicked out of the detent for the RAISE position.
If the detent kickout pressure is not correct, the detent must be adjusted.
If an adjustment is made, repeat Steps 1 through 8.
Repeat Steps 1 through 9 for all the implement control valves.Use the following procedure in order to adjust the detent kickout pressure.

(5) Adjusting screw (6) Locking nut
The adjustment for the detent kickout pressure is located on the left side of the implement control valve.

Loosen locking nut (6) .
Rotate adjusting screw (5) in order to adjust the detent kickout pressure.
Rotate adjusting screw (5) clockwise in order to increase the detent kickout pressure.
Rotate adjusting screw (5) counterclockwise in order to decrease the detent kickout pressure.
Tighten locking nut (6) .
