Install plugs and seals (29) in plate (27) . Tighten to a torque of 0.6 N m (5.0 lb in).
Install dowels (30) and install plate (27) on manifold (28) , as shown.

Install spools (23) and springs (24) in valve (15) .
Install O-rings (25) on plugs (26) and install plugs (26) . Tighten plugs (26) to a torque of 50 10 N m (37.0 7.0 lb ft).

Install springs (20) and (21) in valve (15) .
Install O-ring seals (19) .

Install plate (18) and bolts (17) .
Install O-ring seal (16) .

Install valve (15) on manifold (28) and plate (27) .
Install bolts (13) . Tighten bolts (13) to a torque of 30 4 N m (22.0 3.0 lb ft).
Install O-ring seal (14) .

Install plate (12) and dowels (11) .

Install O-ring seal (6) on manifold (4) .
Install O-rings (10) on stems (7) . Install stems (7) into manifold (4) . Tighten stems (7) to a torque of 30 3 N m (22 2 lb ft).
Install solenoids (8) and nuts (9) . Tighten the nuts to a torque of 9.5 1.5 N m (84 13 lb ft).

Install manifold (4) and washers (5) on the valve assembly.

Install plate (3) and bolts (1) . Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 30 4 N m (22.0 3.0 lb ft).
Install wire straps (2) , as shown.End By: Install the steering clutch and brake control valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Clutch and Brake Control Valve - Install".
