Information:

1. Loosen the hose clamps and remove elbows and tubes (1). 2. Loosen clamps (2) and remove exhaust elbow assemblies (3). 3. Disconnect hose (4) from the elbow on transmission cooler (5). 4. Disconnect hose (7) from tube (6). 5. Disconnect hose (8) from brake oil cooler (9). Disconnect the hose (not shown), that is connected to the other side of bonnet (10). 6. Remove four nuts, bolts and washers (11) that fasten the trunnion to the engine front support. 7. Attach a hoist to engine lifting eye (12) and lift the front of the engine off the engine front support 100 to 125 mm (4 to 5 in). The total weight of the engine is 7.430 kg (16,400 lb). 8. Remove two nuts, washers and bolts (13) that fasten the engine front support (14) to the frame.9. Attach a hoist to the engine front support. Raise the engine front support enough to move it from the cradles on the frame side rails, then lower it to the ground. The engine front support weighs 130 kg (263 lbs.). 10. Remove two mount assemblies (15) and remove sleeve (16) from the engine front support. The following steps are for installation of the engine front support.11. Make sure the mating surfaces of the engine front support, trunnion and the frame are free of paint.12. Place lower mount assemblies (15) in position on the frame.13. Use a hoist and put engine front support (14) in position on the mount assemblies.14. Install sleeve (16) upper mount assemblies, bolts, washers and nuts (13).15. Lower the engine on to the engine front support.16. Install bolts, washers and nuts (11) through the trunnion and engine front support. Tighten bolts (11) to a torque of 475 50 N m (350 37 lbft).17. Follow Steps 1 through 5 in reverse order. Tighten clamps (2) to a torque of 15 3 N m (11 2 lbft).End By:a. install radiator
