SHROUD 9V9547 - Caterpillar

1. Cover (1) is pressed in place. Use a hammer and a chisel to remove it from roller (2). 2. Remove three bolts (3) and retainer (4). 3. Put Tool (A) and a block of wood under the rear of the ejector, and lift it until the weight is off the rear roller.4. Remove the nut, the washer and bolt (4).5. Remove shaft (5) from the ejector frame. Remove roller (1). Install the rear ejector rollers in reverse order.6. Fill the ejector roller with 1P-0808 General Purpose Grease and install the bearing, the retainer, the bolts and the cover.Disassemble & Assemble Ejector Rollers (Rear)
Start By:a. remove ejector rollers (rear) 1. Remove bearing cup (2) from roller (1).2. Remove bearing (3) and retainer (4). 3. Remove seal assembly (7), bearing (6) and bearing cup (5) from roller (1) and shaft (8). Assemble the remove ejector rollers (rear) in reverse order.
