When all the calibration readings are satisfactory, press the "OK" key on the Display in order to save the calibration.Note: A warning screen will be displayed if the calibration readings are not within 0.4 deg. The calibration readings can be accepted by pressing the OK key, but accuracy may be affected. Press the "ESC" key in order to return to the "Calibrate Sensors" screen in order to add or remove readings.Calibration of the Tilt Bucket
Note: The following list of requirements must be met before the calibration of the tilt bucket is started.
The bucket must be configured as a tilt bucket
The machine must be fully calibrated
The AccuGrade GPS system must be receiving "RTK FIXED" positions from the base station
Place the level across "G" and "H". Position the bucket so that the center of the pin points between "G" and "H" are perfectly level.Refer to Illustration 31.

Place a level on the bucket tilt axis pins and curl the bucket until the bucket tilt axis is level. If access to the bucket tilt access pins is difficult, level two points that are parallel to the bucket tilt axis.Refer to Illustration 33.Note: If the wrong points are used for leveling the bucket, then inaccurate guidance will result.

With the bucket tilt axis still level, place the level on the bucket tips, and tilt the bucket until the bucket tips are level.Refer to Illustration 35.

Measure length "J" to "K". Distance "J" to "K" is the distance from the bucket teeth to the intersection point "K".Refer to Illustration 36.Note: The bucket tilt axis and the bucket teeth must be level when performing this measurement.
Align a plumb bob line so that it hangs freely down from the bucket tilt axis to the bucket teeth.
Ensure the level is plumb. Hold the spirit level at the center of the bucket tilt axis.
Use a tape measure in order to measure the distance along the plumb line from the bucket teeth to the edge of the spirit level. The measurement along the plumb line will provide the vertical distance from the bucket tilt axis to the bucket teeth.
Enter the value of Length "J" to "K" in the correct field on the Display.

Raise the left bucket tip 0.3 m (1 ft) to 0.61 m (2 ft) as shown in Illustration 38.
