Caterpillar Electronic Technician (Cat ET) is a software program that is used to access data. The service technician can use Cat ET to perform maintenance on the machine. Some of the Cat ET options are:

Logged events are provided with an indicator that is used to track recurring or intermittent events. The logged event data includes:
An event identifier (EID)
A text description of the event
The number of occurrences of the event
A time stamp that shows the time that the event first occurred
A time stamp that shows the time that the event has most recently occurred Event Code List

861     1     Clock Manual Alignment Required     The ECM service meter clock is out of synchronization with the other ECM clocks. Automatic adjustment is not possible.
Use Cat ET to set the clock to match the date and time for the Machine ECM.
