PELJ1264 ?2011 Caterpillar CAT REMAN ANNOUNCES DRIVETRAIN COMPONENTS FOR 657G SCRAPERS, 793/797F OFF-HIGHWAY TRUCKS, COMPACTORS, AND WHEELED & TRACK-TYPE TRACTORS
In support of Caterpillar?s Product Support Strategy for mining and heavy construction, Cat Reman has recently released the following new products. These major components and piece part components provide our dealers the various repair options they need to better support their customers.

Cat? Remanufactured components expand the repair options available. These service options can help reduce turnaround time and decrease downtime. Customers who want fast repair turn-around, superior quality and reliability, and lower repair costs will benefit from the use of these Remanufactured components. Cat Remanufactured components provide immediate, off-the-shelf availability at a fraction of the new price.

To better support Planned Component Rebuilds (PCRs) and to help ensure component availability when and where needed, dealers are strongly encouraged to place orders for Reman drivetrain components through the Future Dated Order (FDO) order routines. The use of the FDO order system will be critical in enabling Caterpillar to provide the Reman component required at the time it will be needed on site.
For planning purposes, FDO component orders lead time, from date of order to ex-factory shipment, is 90 days.
Dealers are encouraged to check on availability prior to making commitments.
