ACTION REQUIRED
Group 1
Check the prelube connector on the right hand rail harness for pins in Holes 1 and 2. If there are no pins in Holes 1 and 2, install Harness 314-5153 between the prelube harness and the rail harness. (Image1)
Check for continuity between the ring terminals and pins 5 and 6 at the connector on the 284-3039 Air Prelube Harness. If the ring terminals are not connected to pins 5 and 6 in the connector, remove the heat shrink from the connector and conduit.
Remove pins 1, 2, 5, and 6. Place a new piece of heat shrink tubing (097-7404) over the conduit.
Install the original pins 5 and 6 in holes 1 and 2, and install the original pins 1 and 2 in holes 5 and 6.
Finish by positioning the heat shrink tubing over the connector and the conduit, then heating the heat shrink tubing until it is properly attached.
Group 2
Check for continuity between the ring terminals and pins 5 and 6 at the connector on the 284-3039 Air Prelube Harness. If the ring terminals are not connected to pins 5 and 6 in the connector, remove the heat shrink from the connector and conduit.
Remove pins 1, 2, 5, and 6. Place a new piece of heat shrink tubing (097-7404) over the conduit.
Install the original pins 5 and 6 in holes 1 and 2, and install the orginal pins 1 and 2 in holes 5 and 6.
Finish by positioning the heat shrink tubing over the connector and the conduit and heating the heat shrink tubing until it is properly attached.
