A     4C-9485     Pin Driver Cap     1    Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Install plate (6) and bolts (5). Attach a suitable lifting device to pin (7) and stick (1). The weight of stick (1) is approximately 828 kg (1825 lb).
Use the suitable lifting device to position stick (1). Install shims (16), pin assembly (14), and bolt (15) .

Connect hose assemblies (10) and (11) .

Connect hose assembly (12). Install bracket (13) .

Attach suitable lifting devices to stick cylinder (3). Position stick cylinder (3) .
Remove Tooling (A) and install pin (7). Install retainer (8) and shims (9) .
Install plate (6) and bolts (5) .
Repeat Steps 5 through 7 for stick cylinder (4) .

Connect grease hose assembly (2) and install the mounting hardware. Repeat for the other side.
Install the work tool to the stick.
