The current VIMS3G LOHT software (380-2955.fls) will obsolete from 1September 2013. The following update requirements are mandatory to be understood and performed before machine software is updated. Solution

Caterpillar MineStar Office 3.1 or later and Caterpillar MineStar Onboard 3.1 or later.
Third-party dispatch systems supporting Telemetry MIDxUID specification change
Back-office database systems utilizing ME and MP numbers for event and parameter reporting will need an update to that system to recognize the MIDxUID specification change. Updates can be obtained by the non-disclosure agreement which is obtainable through the Dealer Solution Network (DSN). Machine Update Requirement
