If necessary, install bearing (7), retaining ring (8), seal (9), and retaining ring (10). Use Tooling (E) in order to install seal (9) .Note: Clean all mating surfaces. Wipe the surfaces in order to remove debris and contaminants.
Apply Tooling (F) onto both mating surfaces of seal (9) during assembly.Note: Lubricate the sealing surface lightly with lubricant.

Front track roller frame (6) must be supported to make level before removed from the rear track roller frame. To avoid damaging the roller frames, Tooling (B) should be used with a suitable lifting device in order to support the front track roller frame until the guide slots are no longer visible.
Attach a suitable lifting device and Tooling (B) to the rear of front track roller frame (6). Attach two suitable chains to front track roller frame (6) and attach to Tooling (B). Use Tooling (B) to help keep front track roller frame (6) level. The weight of front track roller frame (6) is approximately 1565 kg (3450 lb). Use Tooling (D) in order to protect the seals in rear track roller frame (4). Install front track roller frame (6) until the suitable lifting device contacts rear track roller frame (4). Remove the suitable lifting device.

Position a suitable chain around track idler (11). Attach Tooling (B) to the suitable chain. Attach another suitable lifting device to the other end of Tooling (B) and to the hook on rear track roller frame (4). Remove Tooling (D). Use Tooling (B) in order to install front track roller frame (6) into rear track roller frame (4) .

Install guide assembly (5) to both sides of rear track roller frame (4) .

Position O-ring seal (3) (not shown) and position cover (2). Install bolts (1) and the washers. Repeat for the opposite side.
Fill the recoil spring compartment with oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Recoil Spring Compartment Oil Level - Check".
Repeat Steps 1 through 7 for the opposite side of the machine.End By: Connect the track.
