When the 5A6626 and 5A8279 turn signal switches are installed to the machine, the connector of the harness on the machine must be replaced with the replacement connectors attached with the new switch assembly.

1-connector (for replacement) 2-connector (4 terminals) 3-connector (for replacement) 4-connector (6 terminals) Both connectors of 5A6626 switch assembly have 6 terminals.Installation procedure of the switch
1. Push each terminal lock in the connector of the harness connected the machine. Make sure that each lock is even with the terminal surface before pulling it out of the connector. Discard the connector.
1-terminal lock Location of the terminal lock2. Pull each terminal lock up as shown so that the lock will catch the connector tightly.
Details of the terminal3. Remove the new connector for replacement from the new switch assembly. Insert each terminal to the new connector. Do steps 1 ~ 3 for the other harness. Loose connection in the electrical system can be a resistance in the system and cause a malfunction of the switch.4. Connect the switch assembly to the harness in the machine. Make sure that the switch assembly operate correctly.
